A fraternityin the shadow of the arches

For nearly a century, men of goodwill have gathered around the same table to adopt, adapt, and improve. Today, Morocco hosts this circle of honor.

Anywhere in the world, meeting a Tabler,is meeting an old friend for the first time.

Round Table is not a professional network. Nor is it a formal association like the others.

It is a movement living, human, international.
Founded in Norwich in 1927, present on five continents, the Round Table currently gathers nearly 30,000 members worldwide.

In Morocco, our story begins in 1969.
Since then, five local Tables have carried this spirit with pride.

Here, professions are diverse, paths are varied, but the spirit is the same: to meet among peers, inspire one another, and act together for something that surpasses each of us.

The founding in Norwich

Louis Marchesi, a twenty-eight-year-old, founds the first Round Table in Norwich, England. Inspired by a speech by the Prince of Wales inviting younger generations to « Adopt, Adapt, Improve », he gathers men of goodwill around him.

« Adopt, Adapt, Improve. »

Three words spoken in Norwich in 1927 by the Prince of Wales — the spark that ignited the first Round Table.

Adopt what is. Adapt what can be. Improve what we leave behind.

To us, this is no longer just a motto. It is the conversation that decides what we truly stand for.

Our Circle

Beneath the archmen who rise together.

Round Table Morocco gathers men under forty who share a singular conviction. Sincere friendship, enlightened debate, and selfless action are the pillars of a worthy nation.

Inspired by the legend of a table where no one is higher than their neighbor, our fraternity honors the perfect equality of its members. From the Strait to the gates of the Sahara, our Tables meet in silence and labor in the light.

Here, titles fade away. Only one’s word and a helping hand remain.

BECOME A TABLER

The Three Pillars

Adopt. Adapt. Improve.

Three inherited verbs, three daily commitments. A century-old motto that remains our compass under the Moroccan sky.

I.

Adopt.

Embrace what is good wherever it is found, without pride or borders. Recognize wisdom where it resides.

II.

Adapt.

Adjust with discernment to our land, our time, our people. The Moroccan genius lies in the nuance.

III.

Improve.

Never settle for sufficiency. Constantly elevate the man, the work, the country.

Local Tables

Seven cities, one single table.

Each Table bears the name of its city and the number of its founding. All gather in a circle, all are equal before the oath.
